Pampered, one‑to‑one grooming in a calm garden salon

My boy Rupert's first visit today, and I could cry with absolute happiness. Rupert is an extremely anxious little boy, and he struggles being separated from me. Charlotte was amazing from start to finish, going above and beyond for my little boy. Rupert's groom was absolutely on point and perfect in every way, and he walked away looking and smelling absolutely beautiful.
The most amazing part, though, was how Charlotte addressed my mummy puppy worries, completely reassured me and made me feel at ease.
Our next appointment is all booked, and I can't wait to bring my Rupert back.

In person Charlotte is obviously a kind soul who really loves dogs and her job
Molly came out looking the best she has in years and lots of attention to detail was communicated to us regarding areas that needed extra attention
We also had the teeth cleaning performed as Molly is an older dog and suffers with tartar build up and has had previous general anaesthetics previously and this hopefully will prevent the need from invasive Vet treatment

I can’t recommend Charlotte at The Woof Boutique highly enough! As a large breed owner, I know how important it is to have grooming services carried out properly, especially with a Rottweiler who can sometimes be misunderstood due to stereotypes. Charlotte handles my boy with such care, patience, and confidence — it’s clear she truly understands dogs of all sizes and temperaments. She’s always super friendly, engaging, polite, and she has a natural way of keeping my dog calm throughout the whole process. Every single detail is paid attention to, and he always comes out looking fantastic and smelling amazing.
Finding someone who genuinely loves what they do and makes both dog and owner feel at ease is rare, but Charlotte absolutely nails it every time.

Brought our dog for teeth cleaning as she had built up a huge amount of tartar meaning she had smelly breath. Wasn’t sure if she would even let anyone touch her mouth. Charlotte did the first session and the results were amazing her breath is so much fresher already and you can see the difference. Cant wait to bring her for her 2nd session!! The salon is immaculate and Charlotte is the perfect pamper professional, super calm and loving to your pet. 100% recommend !!!

I would like to thank Charlotte for going that extra mile to fit in my fur baby so close to christmas, (She even started work early). That is 100 percent dedication. Dinky looks absolutely stunning and smells beautiful. The care and attention given to him was priceless, which to me is absolutely essential, as he is a very nervous doggy after having a bad start to his life.

Charlotte did a wonderful job with our pennie, she went in happy and not nervous at all. We haven't had pennie long and shes normally very shy and cautious. she came out all happy bouncy and confident rocking her fresh groom. Thank you ❤️

Charlotte is super accommodating - in booking extra slots when nails get too long, or the pup needs a bath and we aren’t able to provide at home. Charlotte uses products that are less allergy triggering, and always cheery, helpful and good with Our boy, thank you!

Benji always looks so smart and smelling wonderful when he has been groomed.
He might be 15 but has a spring in his step every time he’s groomed.

I took my 15yr old little Daisy for the first time today and she had the best cut she'd ever had. Charlotte is lovely. I can 100% recommend.

I brought Deigo for the 1st time today for his teeth to be cleaned and I honestly cannot believe the results! the doggy salon is beautiful and Charlotte is so welcoming and definitely makes you feel at ease leaving your fur baby with her. Thank you

Narla visited today ! I was worried as she’s reactive so my mum took her as she’s normally protective over myself . All I can say is WOW she had a full de-shed (previous places have sent her home with fur falling out ) she came back with no loose hair ! Smelling lovely and happy her nails are cut and not left sharp her teeth are clean leaving her breath smelling lovely !

Louis went for his first doggy groom and pamper at woof boutique. It was an amazing experience and he looked so good after. He was groomed to perfection, not a hair out of place. He looks so clean and was glowing. Louis came back home after the groom and pamper and was so chilled for the rest of the day 😎 . Charlotte’s love for dogs is clear to see, she is amazing 🤩. My dog Dougie went to visit for the first time yesterday. He is not keen on having his nails clipped but Charlotte reassured me he would be fine and well taken care of. I took my dog Willow today for her 1st groom with Charlotte today. She’s a very nervous dog when being groomed & with people she’s not familiar with. Charlotte made her feel at ease straight away, giving lots of cuddles! She was tentative, listened to what you wanted & did a 5* job! It’s lovely to see someone with such a love for dogs in the perfect job. Thanks so much Charlotte we’ll see you soon xx 🐾

Daisy went to Charlotte today and was pampered beautifully. She looks and smells lovely and came out wagging her tail so was obviously looked after. I would recommend Charlotte to any of my friends with dogs.
